Richard Huffman, Founder

Richard O. Huffman is the founder, President and CEO of Celebree Learning Centers, a regional chain of educationally based preschool and child care centers.  His company has found tremendous success through community based partnerships and affiliations such as the mutually beneficial arrangement with the Harford County Public Library system.

A father of five and appointed participant to the Governor’s Advisory Council on Early Childhood Education, and the not-for-profit board,  The Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools, Richard understands the fundamental need for educational preparedness.
